Digital access to calculators & reference tools

Activated access → final purchase
Applies to all subscription periods, including 12-month access.
Once access is activated (including paid access or trial upgrade), refunds are not provided.

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the service before purchase. After the trial ends and paid access is activated, the purchase is final.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the service:

  • contact our support team promptly;
  • we will investigate and, if confirmed, extend access or provide a technical solution.
Refunds are not issued for temporary interruptions, maintenance, or user-side issues (device, browser, internet connection).

Refunds are not provided in cases where:

  • the service was purchased but not used;
  • the user misunderstood the functionality;
  • the service does not meet subjective expectations;
  • the service is used for planning or indicative purposes only.
Note
All distance, voyage time, and freight calculations are provided for reference and benchmarking purposes only.

Access terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service or abuse of the system is not refundable.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered solely at our discretion. Any such decision does not create a precedent for future cases.
